There are problems with the LCD displays of the Roland Juno G. You can see videos showing those problems at vidsounds.com. There are a number of posts on music forums about this problem. Also there are other videos on YouTube that show the same LCD problem I have with my two Juno G's.

This is actually a great keyboard. I do agree w Devin, the output quality of the sound is nowhere close to the motif, however, those Roland sound sets are just so fresh. I havent really taken advantage of the audio tracks on it yet, and Ive had the board for almost a year now. All in all, thats my board! I own an MPC1000, Korg X3, BOSS-DR660(I think), and the infamous Yamaha Motif..

its a good mid-range board with mid-range sounds. sounds quality mid range.best value for its price. a used XP60 is much more inspiring.
anyway... I'm surprised if someone would not care about aftertouch for a 'synth'. You know u would eventually need aftertouch keyboard with high-end quality audio circuitry.

This keyboard is great, I own a motif, a vk-8, a s-30, and and tons of vst's, the sounds are good in all areas the basses and great, and the greats are roland so they are also great, strings ar very good, the keyboard sound are ok but nowhere as good as my motifs, I I think this a they best keyboard in the price range.

Excellent keyboard. Wonderful sounds and effects. It is a Fantom X with just fewer features, fresher sounds, etc. I also have a Korg TR and Korg Pa5o arranger. I am in heaven. Imagine what you can do with the three of them! Email me if you have questions.
