There are problems with the LCD displays of the Roland Juno G. You can see videos showing those problems at There are a number of posts on music forums about this problem. Also there are other videos on YouTube that show the same LCD problem I have with my two Juno G's.

This is actually a great keyboard. I do agree w Devin, the output quality of the sound is nowhere close to the motif, however, those Roland sound sets are just so fresh. I havent really taken advantage of the audio tracks on it yet, and Ive had the board for almost a year now. All in all, thats my board! I own an MPC1000, Korg X3, BOSS-DR660(I think), and the infamous Yamaha Motif..

its a good mid-range board with mid-range sounds. sounds quality mid value for its price. a used XP60 is much more inspiring.

anyway... I'm surprised if someone would not care about aftertouch for a 'synth'. You know u would eventually need aftertouch keyboard with high-end quality audio circuitry.

Excellent keyboard. Wonderful sounds and effects. It is a Fantom X with just fewer features, fresher sounds, etc. I also have a Korg TR and Korg Pa5o arranger. I am in heaven. Imagine what you can do with the three of them! Email me if you have questions.
