I have a JX-10. I'll never give it away. It's perfect when it comes to bass

patches, strings, digital pianos, and even some percussion sounds. Not to

mention it has 76 keys, which is a huge plus for any keyboardist.

If you want an analog board this is a winner. Besides, Jane Child used it on

here hit single "I don't want to fall in love". That speaks for itself!

Lush, plinky, buzzy and weird. Great analog board. Crippled sysex means no editors are available. Earlier ROM versions (

Kelly a hobbyist user from CANADA writes:
Probably the closest thing to an analog workstation; the JX sounds very clean and

accurate. Lush pads and rich vox abound, the JX10 is also adept at a mean synth

bass. Equipped with Rolands standard chorus effect, a sequencer, full MIDI implementation, and

many other useful functions; the JX10 will remain useful long past it's years.

Eric Colin a part time user from THE NETHERLANDS writes:
Just came about a JX10 the other day. Immediately checked those PolySynth sounds .... just the thing every keyboardist should have to layer with a Electric Grand Piano sound. And ... I got it at a very attractive price. Though the MKS70 module is a more "sought after" product the JX10 still is going strong on the second hand market. Only thing is the lame SYSEX implementation. Luckily I found 2 M-64c cartridges in a musicstore that were still new in the package after lying 13 years on a shelf. Wow ! If you can get them, buy 'em ! this is the only way to download patches from you computer to the JX10. Overall, a good sturdy built keyboard with 76 keys and it says "Super" on the front AND the back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
