Costa Mavropoulos a part time user from South Africa writes:
We use two and switch between songs using a custom made footpedal. The sounds are great except for the guitar which sounds synthetic. Being plastic, the buttons have deteriorated, Roland should have made them more hardy. I think the owners manual was designed for "rocket scientists", but overall its a great piece of machinary

Marty Cole a part time user from United States writes:
I have owned a Roland MV-30 for several years and have about worn it out because it is such a versatile piece of equipment. It has a selection of timbre banks with totally editable sounds, 16 track multi-timbral, 24 note polyphony, and simulated mix automation, including volume fades, panning, and effects (reverbs and choruses). It is pretty cool in the studio. I found syncronizing with a multi-track recorder easy, although it is a bit tedious, especially when working with dumping drum tracks. The major drawback to the unit I own is the the key pads are made of a single piece of plastic that tend to break loose after alot of use. I wish Roland had designed it to have a keypad similar to a computer keypad. My only regret in purchasing the MV-30 is that they discontinued making it. I would like to have seen more support developed for it. Too bad. It is a great piece of gear.

Este secuenciador me encanta, las razones: 1.- Versatilidad. 2.- Rapidez para secuenciar. 3.- Facilidad de manejo. 4.- etc.. My phone number is 01-128-2-01-53 Si quieres intercambiar comentarios call me!!!!!

Ricardo Pacheco a professional user from Brasil writes:
Tenho o meu MV30 há 6 anos e não penso em me desfazer dele pois lê padrões do mc-50, s-550, w30 , SMF, etc. Seus sons são muito bons ( Com exceção da bateria ). Entretanto em estúdio sempre nota-se um ruído de fundo que às vezes atrapalha

Michael Van Patter a hobbyist user from USA writes:
My first synth. Great as a sequencer, with the front panal sliders. It's really

a joy to use. I haven't been able to find ANY support for it,so if you come

across a site that has patches for it, E-mail me.
