I used to have one of these. This is VERY old, the sounds are basic and not very adjustable. If you can get it cheap go for it. Otherwise save your dough and get a newer synth which you can actually do more things with. Vintage or not it's hard to justify this unit compared with the many much better/newer/more powerful units for not much more money that are selling for close to the same price used.

I just got mine recently (an E-Bay purchase), and find it quite diggable. The organ sounds are pretty useless on their own (they have a VERY mushy and unadjustable attack), but the strings are groovelicious, especially when mixed with a bit of low-register organ. If you can get it cheap - get it!

i got one for $100 at a pawn shop and i think i've used it more than my other keyboards. for such a simple synth, it can create a lot of sounds. the sliders for the organ settings are very sensitive, so slight movements is all it takes. and the other bonus is you can run the organ sounds with the string sounds and get a great crunch sound. for what i want to do and what i like to play, this one does it great, and they're cheap.
