Great machine for the money.

Fantastic sounds and realtime editing is a dream with this synth. I can agree with you who complained about the filter sounding to steep but with a little training on the tweeking, the problem solves itself. The arpeggiator is not a revolution in itself but can be quite useful anyway, you can control everything via midi and the arp is great controlling my fb383.

Its a great motherboard for you guys thats into trancíer stuff and haven´t got heaps of money.

The Rs 5 and a couple of analogues (semi analogues) and a trustworthy drummachine is all you need.

The effects could have been better and I wouldnt have minded some more outputs on it.

The manual is spooky (as all Roland-manuals), but you dont really need it unless you are a complete beginner at using synths.

A great "bread and butter" machine.
