Been Using the spd 11 2 years, its a great stand alone with a hat & bass controller,I also use it with a Dtxpress module,a TMX Module, and a MDF-2 sequencer. The SPD-11 has superior sounds to many newer modules, amazing. Is easy and quick to use.Never has acted up,or failed any live/studio gig.Solid gear,I want to add another to my rig.Looks cool too.www.DrumMan.iwarp.com

Great piece of gear. I love the sounds. I'm hacking mine up right now so that it will have 12 trigger inputs instead of 4, because I just recently got a set of PINTECH drum triggers.

great drum! i connect d-drum triggers to the spd 11 using them on my snare and rototoms. together it gives me 12 drums with the same sound on every gig, what great about having electronic drums. I'm thinking of buying spd 20 and using both onstage.
