I really love this machine. It sounds awesome. So clear, so powerfull. Since I have it I use it on everything I produce. I love the appregiator on this thing as well. The touchscreen makes it very easy to control. Wished it was color though like the rack version. If you have the change. Buy one!

I have been useing soft synths for a while and a microKorg. I also one a fantom x. One of my friends needed money so I bought the synth off of him and man was that a good thing. The synth is the most riteous thing I have seen. It can rip apart any sound imaginable and change it to to a bass or what ever. If it was lost or stolen I would buy it again.

The V-Synth is one of the best, "Build it from the ground up", synths I have ever used. You can just start out with a high pitch note and turn it into a complex bass patch. at first most people will hate the V-synth, it is kind of hard to program and it is very time comsuming. but If you give it time and read the manuel well you will find it is a great synth for your collection.

I dont recomend this as a first synth. you should go with the Triton for your first synth.

I hope I helped

I do wish there was a on board sequencer, for the price it costs that would be nice.

the factory presets do not due justice to the v-synth's sound quality potential.Understand programming the v-synth and you will be able to obtain very good results. It require to sample other raw waveforms, because the standard waveforms sucks. Then it can sound like heaven. Its a very flexible synth to handle, sound exellent if you work the synth, and not going to the standard presets, because they sounds like hell.It looks wonderful to me.It's not a bargain price.Keep in mind when you start handle this synth it begin shining!
