Well i've had it for about two days so therefore I don't know all it's capablities but it is awesome from my stand point. I have my own Techno/Ambient band and this works for me. Fuck the 505, this is just fine(unless your into that lim dul d-beam shit). It's good for beginners and works for pros too. And considering it's about half of that D-beam Bullshit it's the bomb. The only draw backs I saw were medium dificulty in the Manual for an instrument that's made for beginners and no realtime modifications for rps.

I've had mine for a week now and i can't think of any better piece of equipment to take with me to different places. People who says it's crap cause it won't do this and that are just plain stupid cause it was never ment to be a do-it-all thang. It does what it was ment to do ie. Groove and kick ass on it's own. I sometimes hook it up to my other equipent and use the drum sounds wichg are pretty cool. I got mine really cheap $400 so i'm happy. It will be a classic, for it's sexy looks at least!

I mean you'll get excited getting this machine, it's cool but you will not get professional quality.. It's a toy really. Get a W30 and a Juno 60 for the same price second hand...I traded this machine for a sampler because this box is a piece of horse shit

Mikki Hiiren-Nakkihiki a hobbyist user from Finland writes:
Jeah, I'w had my mc303 for over a year now, and as it has been my only synth, and I'm quite addinqted to music, so I'w had quite alot of fun with it.. The sound is basicly shit, its muddy, dirty, ext.., but after I got used to it and had learned to use it properly, I learned to rock this thing. It's defenetly worth the money, and I'd say that in sertaint qind of "music style", that can be done with this thing, has now other limits your own imagination and creability... With a 505 as a partner, the weak sides of this 303 can be fixt by doing for example the drums with it, wich allows you to use effects and better sounds, offcource if youd got the funds for a studio, no use for that information anyway, I love this synth, just got bored to it now, gonna buy a supernova or Sp-808. BassMaster a part-timer user from Freaky Holland writes:
When the tb 303 came out all people said it sucked, the juno 106 sounded to thin, the 909 was to analog and the 606 was a poor imitation of real drums.........

Read my words: within ten years this box will become a classic just like all the other roland gear! (Don't go through my rubbish in a couple of years, cause i'm keeping my MC 303, suckerzzzzz!!!!!)
