in my computer is a second soundcard (Schubert 3D)

when i start windows nt the system says: Der Start vom 3Com 3C508 ISA Adapter Driver ist mit folgendem Fehler

fehlgeschlagen: Ein an das System angeschlossenes Ger�t funktioniert nicht. (the start of 3com 3c508 isa adaptor driver don`t failed with the following

error: a device which is connected to the system does not work) WHAT TO DO????
