I have just bought one of these. It's got 100 PCM sounds and built-in rhythms. It's actually a rebadged Casio SA-5, so have a look at the Casio SA-5 page...
No midi, or sync options, and similar to the original SA-1 (I have one of these, too). The main difference being the voice selection method. This has 5 banks of 5 sounds, and then 4 effects settings, rather than the 100 sounds accessed via numbers. Some weird stuff!
