I know where Chris L is coming from. The SH is sooo much fun, whereas, the Moog is just a general pain in the arse. I've got a M Moog. It is nowhere near as funky and varied as the SH. Turn on modulation and it turns into a PROGIDY..NASTY! HORRIBLE! CHEAP! The SH modulation is great from the start. The filter is just about the best going..no the Moog is not better..don't be silly. That sub is just so bassey! The SH is designed for dance D&B etc. The Moog is for Vangelis! If you owned the pair I guarentee you would use the SH baby 10 times as often. I don't know a soul who disrespects the SH!Whereas, every Mini moog owner I've known has been glad to get rid!

Great synth for Bass and Solo but as far as sounding better than a Minimoog??? hmmm Chris L must have his ears smothered in shit down in his asshole?

Chris L a professional user from London writes:
A fun and surprisingly versatile little synth. Some of the sounds it produces are inspirational. Great little sequencer. Wonderful filter. A complete piece of kit! It looks like a toy but certainly doesn't sound like one. It knocks the socks off just about any other mono I've owned or played...and that includes the minimoog! If you see one for sensible money, buy one. I guarantee you'll not be disappointed.

Evan a part-time user from USA writes:
I've had this synth for just over a day, and the range of sounds that one can create with just a single oscillator astounds me. The sub bass seems to make my house want to shake off of its foundation. The supersonic whines that come out could quite possibly make one go deaf. The sequencer, while quite rudimentary, is a nice touch, and is fun for creating 303esque patterens. A great little synth.
