I have this machine for nearly a year now...and I still get some inspiring sounds out of it. Using the LFO as a oscillator itself controlling the cutoff can make some metallic and voice-like sounds. When you record a track with these noises, you really need a limiter to keep the awesome analogue sounds in control...Also , this thing is good for FX too...Plus it can be used as a external filter!

You know the song 'Gimme gimme gimme' from A- teens? This machine was used for the intro and bridge sound! The resonance sounds very good on this one, very warm and analog ,you have a 12 and 24 db filter, low and high pass.. it has a filter input too, so you can use it as a filterbank...AND it has MIDI-cv/gate connections, so it is also a converter for old synths..Buy one already! It is cheap and something else(no fashion statement)and is pretty unique...It will cost about $ 450...

Excellent Monophonic synth. Use it for TB emulation, but there's a lot more to this baby! With a little patience you can make a radical bassdrum, screaming lead noises, etc. In other words: I think the oscilators&filters are OK, the rest is up to you. SOme disadvantages though: no memory to store your sounds, no effects build in (aren't we spoiled!), midi implementation could be better. At least buy it for the colour!!
