Just purchased kn3000 also have kn1600. Sounds a bit better on the kn3000. No place for earphones? I like flowing backrounds at times and have not found any composer data with potential. Also the performance pads are extremely limited. The voices are not full and beautiful. Got to be something better than the soprano vocal ah's. so..............

What data can be pruchased with beauty and the beat? Siva

my kn3000 sudennly distorts whilst playing, I have midi pedals and it sounds like the chord top hand and bass all are playing in a different key sounds a bit like les dawsons playing. I have 2 same keyboards and both of them do it. put it down to link with bass pedals but spare i have at home is not linked with anything and that still has the same fault, i have to load my sounds back in from a floppy disc to rectify, sometimes can happen 2 to 3 times in space of 5 minutes. puzzled? but love the kn3 bought kn6 and sold within few months any ideas

Chris a hobbyist user from Germany writes:
Had my KN3000 for about six year. Nice entertainer-keyboard. I sold it some years ago an miss it today. Especially it's synthesizer funktions are pretty cool. Easy to edit and really nice for gentle pad sounds. Will buy this one or a WSA-1 once again!

I have an opportunity to purchase a used KN3000[in "mint"condition} for $335.00. I had a KN2000 which is now inoperable and so far cannot be repaired. Is the KN3000 a good substitute and can I use the same disks?

Camy Ruggiero a professional user from Rhode Island - USA writes:
Bought my KN3000 in 1992 and have found it awsome!! Never have I heard such organ sounds (actual Hammond B3's with drawbars) and I adore the horns. The Sax (all versions) are perfect for the blues/jazz tunes I do and they far surpass the sounds from my Roland E-20 and Yamaha prior to that. I could never get a "real" Sax sound until I heard the KN3000. Was one of *the* main reasons I bought this particular board. Excellent!
