The DJX II is a very nice board. The sounds are awesome and powerfull. I use it along with my Novation Supernova 2 and my Nord Lead 2 and they all make a nice setup. Keep up the good work Yamaha.

This message is for jamie. I just bought the DJX-II from GENERAL LEE he was very cool and shipped it all the way to Arizona. It sounds great, the midi control is weak but the analog sounds and patterns are quite useful. And the keyboard lay-out is better than the DJX-I. I like it.. Thanks GENERAL LEE!!

Bent23 is right, DJX2 is a Piece of Kiddie Shit. There's more problems than the MIDI; it's not velocity sentive and the filter don't work in keyboard mode. Effects....Effects...Effects....Where the Hell are they. I know of maybe 10 on the unit. I have the orginal DJX, WITH 30 SOME ODD FUCKING EFFECTS!!!! Ribbon controller only has like four functions and no more pitch bend!! Anyone who claims this board is worth anything to a serious musician obviously has NO CLUE as to what a Real keyboard is!!!

No wonder you called yourself bent23. Your are Bent. Very bent. THe DJX2 kicks the ass of the predeseccor, the only problem is the midi. So get screwed bent-ass.
