i love this board. both as a synth and a controller its great. today its features still stand up against all other synths.

I like my DX7/II very much because of his pianosounds and his possibilities for using him as a masterkeyboard. But although he has a larger display then the older DX7, it´s not very comfortable for programming and creating new patches. Does anyone knows something about programmingsoftware for the PC or has written one?

I just picked up a Dx7IID today... love it! I like it much better than the first Dx7... looks like a beast to program, but the board feels good, and the sounds are great. I think it's a must have for vintage synthesizers.
