at first i was dubious and a little apprehensive about the DJX2B yo because im connected to countless penitentiary hardened geto husslin gangbangers with loads of mackin street cred. i'm talkin hammer, vanilla ice, all my dogz. but then we got to organising a Block Party for all the kids in thehoodandi decidedthat i would bust out my badass djx2b. all the players and the honeys turned out and when they heard my phat ass beatz everybody knew it was a party. it was kickin jumbo supafly. large. word i had that joint rockin steady till 5-0 tried to crash our husslin. but check this out yo, the fuzz started breakin out with da mad moves on tha floor. a cop even let me hold his piece whilst he went ta work. the djx2b is just anotha way to bring peace to tha killin fields of parramatta. once tha tahmoor boyz rip off one of these, theres gonna be a showdown, L.A gangland style, with winner getting all the luscious booty

dicker a hobbyist user from Dallas, teXas writes:
I'm a hobbyist and have been using the DJXIIB for over a year. I kind of went through mixed emotions about the device. I mean for the price/features it's unmatchable. (unless you scout pawn shops)

The thing I liked most about the DJXIIB was the quality of some of the presets (trip-hop/hip-hop) and the part mixer(scratch #73) While playing with it I realized I could isolate some elements using #73 and provide a little extra stimuli to my mixes. (Primarily using PC,DR-202,Sp-303)

Anyway- I like this feature ALOT! It still comes in handy and I use alot of the scratch patterns in my final mixes. The aility to import custom MIDI tracks is too easy. USE one of the original DJXIIB patterns, Open it in Cakewalk or Sonar and then overwrite them ho's.

I have no doubt that within 10 years this will be one of those "if you kind find one- grab one" units. I have tinkered with the idea of gutting it and making a new device (just like the Speak and Spell mods)

anyway-

for the price/features it's stellar. If your one of those pricks who just wanna hump on someone elses presets, then look for a more expensive device.
