Really impressed with the sounds (in my opinion in the same league as a Roland XP-50's)...The speakers are powerful, don't find the need to hook up to an amp to get good sound...and the accompaniments greatly exceeded my expectations...How to use the sequencer is not obvious but I have never really took the time to learn how...how to manipulate effects (which are very good) is also not obvious, but the ones already assigned to each sound fit pretty good already...I see no way to edit sounds, but with around 600 of them you can pretty much find a sound that you are looking for...

Negitives?: no disk-drive, no modulation wheel, no after-touch...which would make it a more expensive keyboard. If you are just starting out, and you don't even know what these things are, I wouldn't worry about them...This is a great mid-priced keyboard.

Very impressive keyboard, especially for the price ($330 from Egghead.com online auction). I use mine for leading worship in a home church group and like all of the Electric Piano Sounds (with split voices). Built in speakers sound pretty good, don't even use my keyboard amp anymore. Very flexible setup, but could use more tracks on sequencer. Does anybody know where to get a "To Host" cable? Yamaha makes a big deal out of the "To Host" capability, but nobody sells the cable.

It is a very good keyboard overall, But I would have liked better drum sounds.

Not a bad keyboard, really. The manual is well written and the screen is easy to read. At first it struck me as a keyboard aimed at the hobbyist crowd, but it definitely has potential for pro use. The price is good and the sounds are great!
