BEFORE FOUR YEARS MY SQ 16 FLOPPY DRIVE DEAD ITS STILL OUT OF WORKING, DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF IT I AM VERY TROUBLE. THE DRIVE IS MATSUSHITA EME-213YV. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I COULD REPLACE THE FLOPPY DISK DRIVE EME-213YV WITH A EME-278TY or EME-278TB or EME-278TA FOR EXAMPLES.

I purchased mine in 1993 for £1200.00 very expensive then but I cannot beleive that they are only fetching £100.00 these are probaly knackered ones mine is imaculate if anyone is interested
