Well I have to say it's been years since I posted the original "essay" on this grainy/funky keyboard. Thanks for the tidbit about running it through an EQ, that's bound to help. (i got rid of it awhile back though... :) ) ... Now my next question is- what is the best keyboard to get for creating awesome electronica like prodigy, etc. (I don't want an old Moog either, what is something new and cutting - no bleeding edge!)

This instrument is a relative to the PSS 270. with full size keys.

Try running it through an EQ to enhance the sound.

A PSR-6 is basically a relative to the PSS-270 -same sound set -same rhythms However it has a sustain effect only. It has a melody sequencer and a different demo tune, but it also has fullsize keys on it.

Try running it through an EQ or a LINE 6 POD modeler to make it sound a little better. Believe me, for a keyboard that sounds like shit (excuse the language), running it through an EQ will definately be worth it.

I think this keyboard is very useless and absolutely horrible.

The only good sound on it is number 40 (Accordion) with the

vibrato and echo buttons pushed. Also I take great pleasure in

enjoying the demonstration thay have put on this trully

beautiful piece of shit. I love the country drum filler with

the quality chord patternsd it puts in. One of the best options

on this masterpiece is the drum fills. They are just great.

They sound better than any other drums I have EVER heard and

I have been around for a long time. When you press the drum

filler button it starts with these smooth tom-tom patterns that

are beautiful. I think the best option on this keyboard is the

ghost sound. It is the best ghost sound I have ever heard.

It can be used for everything. In closing I say that this

keyboard is fucking awesome and I would not recommend any

other keyboard over it for any purpose.
