I got this keyboard when I was 4. I made up a song called "Fire and Rain" I sang along pressing the keys and it entertained my family well. My favorite song to play is "Joy to the World."

I will keep this forever it is too fun to let go of.

hey portasound dudes, juat want to let you know how much i love my little 170. ive been using it ever since i got it and taught myself richard clayderman stuff. nowadays i record all my keyboard sounds with it. call me monogamous - or just weird. ive gone through periods of intimacy with a variety of the sounds, starting with 16 and moving from there. Think the last love affair was the cowbell, for reasons unknown, but then again, who understands love anyway. so summary: warm and fuzzy. synth on.

Does anyone know where I can get a manual for this thing? Haha! Seriously, it's a toy. Sure, there are a few sounds worth sampling, but after that, it's probably only good for beating the kids it was made for. I'll try that out and post a follow up. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to circuit bend the heck out of it. This is the main axe in my studio. Well worth the $5.00 I paid for it!

Just found this synth in my attic. Wow there are some cool sounds on this piece. The Leaf Spring Owns. The saxophone sound is pretty good too, especially for bass lines. Pretty good keyboard to use to sample the sounds from, I wouldn't pay more than 15-20 dollars for one.
