WOW !! I stumbled across this site. I can't believe anyone remembers this little keyboard !! I still have mine, I find it tucked away in a closet, still looks and plays like new. I have moved on to bigger and better things but this keyboeard brings back alot of memories. I plugged it up and to be honest, for the money and the features on it, it can't be beat.(well kinda--lol) Still makes a good controller, and with some outboard effects not too bad of sound either. I learned about midi on this thing, reminds me of the "little engine that could"- (I think I can, I think I can)-lol. awwwwwww the memories---lolol.---overall a 10 in my book(well...an 8 anyways)

This was the first synth of any kind that I ever tinkered with. It belonged to a good friend of mine who never used it, so he let me borrow it indefinitely. At first I thought it was completely useless. Then I started modifying the presets and running it through my guitar effects units, I learned how to use the 5-track sequencer, and WOW, this little p.o.s. was actually kind of cool! Certainly not the flexibility or sound of a more expensive "real" synth, but hey, for a starter, not too shabby. Don't expect it to sound like pro gear.
But I will say, Yeah, this was one hella fun little 'board and pretty decent for the price. I'd almost consider finding another someday.
5 out of 5 for getting me into synthesis and being such the kick-ass little bang for the buck.

THIS KEYBOARD WAS MY FIRST MIDI BOARD AND I GOT A LOT OF USE OUT OF IT. IT CAN BE USED AS A CONTROLLER OR AS A SOUND MODULE!!! AND IT HAD FULL MIDI CONTROL OF ALL 16 CHANNELS. THE SOUNDS ARE NOT THE BEST BUT THEY DO THE JOB WELL WITH A OUTBOARD EFFECTS PROCESSOR...FOR THE PRICE THE THING CAN'T BE BEAT.I'VE MADE TONS OF SONGS WITH THE THING (IN FACT I'M LISTENING TO ONE OF THEM NOW AND MARVELING AT WHAT I WAS MAKING IN 1987 WITH THIS BOARD AND A FEW EFFECTS..)WOW WOW WOW... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOARD FOR FIRST STARTERS IF YOU CAN GET IT USED!!!! I STILL USE IT FOR A SOUND SOURCE.THE SOUNDS ARE NOT BAD AND I GET A LOT OF GREAT COMMENTS ON THE QUALITY OF THE SOUNDS FROM EVERYBODY I PLAY MY SONGS FOR. YEAH IT'S A TOY BUT A VERY GOOD AND STRONG TOY... COOL!!
