Does it meet the following criteria?
1. It was made by you or you have permission to upload it
2. Only one tone in a sample
3. Any one sample should contain ONLY ONE of either
   A: single tones. - ie drones or evolving held notes
   B: chords without a melody overlayed
   C: Arpeggiated riffs / scales / fast phrases / beats
4. Must be MP3 format with the MP3 extension (eg: mysample.mp3)
