The Sonic TALK podcast episode 003 is now online. With Summer NAMM just around the corner and several interesting finds on youtube.com for your enjoyment. Wireless MIDI and the classic Yamaha GX-1 supersynth up for discussion. The GX-1 was first introduced in 1975 and was quickly snapped up by keyboard gods. Such as the ones featured in our other Youtube.com video (see below). Gods, they had to be, as it's original price was between £30 and £50K ($50 to $75k). Not only that but it weighed well over 100 KG so shipping was not for the faint-hearted, mind you if you could afford the list price, you wouldn't be bothered by such trifling amounts presumably. We have set up a Skype account for people to leave comments (which may be played on subsequent episodes) or requests to be considered for a part on the show. You can contact using the Skype handle 'sonictalk' or if you want to use the phone, our number in the US is: US Tel: (312) 376-8089
