Korg have been in touch to send us a preview of what they will be offering at this week’s Sounds Expo show in London. Here’s the full text of the press release they sent us…
“At this year’s Sounds Expo Korg UK are showcasing a number of ground-breaking new products in the UK for the first time. Many of these involve brand new technology and methods never seen before, such as the new MR Recorders, the world’s first 1-bit professional mobile recorders. These new, affordable 1-bit recorders deliver superb sound, support a wide range of formats and provide future-proof archiving and mixing capabilities.
Don’t miss the opportunity see for the first time in the UK Korg’s next giant step in workstation technology, The M3 which inherits elements from the flagship OASYS, distilled into an affordable music production package with a new tone generator, a wealth of innovations and new sounds.
Check out the R3, a brand new, compact synthesizer/vocoder that packs the main feature set and sounds of the upscale RADIAS into an affordable and portable performance keyboard.
There’s even more innovative and exciting new products in the world of DJ mixers. Along with the new mini Kaoss Pad, Korg are showcasing the new ZERO4 Live Control Mixer and ZERO8 Live Control Console, designed for the growing number of musicians incorporating real-time mixing, MIDI control and dynamic effects manipulation into their computer-based production and performance.
For the computer musician there is the the latest from the world of Legacy software synths, the Legacy Analog 2007. This new version now includes a reincarnation of KORG's vintage MonoPoly, a uniquely versatile synth with a monster 4-oscillator sound.
All these exciting new products and more can be found in Korg’s Presentation area, where you’ll get a full demonstration and have the opportunity to try them out for yourself.
