Fender tell us that their Electracoustic Series guitars have been redesigned and upgraded to provide a superior blend of electric playability and acoustic tonality, all while retaining the familiar Fender vibe. The series, which was introduced in 2000 and recently redesigned in a collaborative effort by Fender’s Corona, Calif. and Nashville, Tenn. research and development teams, includes the Stratacoustic Deluxe, Telecoustic Deluxe and JZM Deluxe.
Featuring a slimmer body profile and the unmistakable Statocaster (Stratacoustic, JZM) and Telecaster (Telecoustic) guitar necks, Fender say that the Electracoustic Series instruments are perfect for acoustic guitarists looking for the comfort and familiarity that an electric guitar neck provides. Additionally, Electracoustic Series instruments feature spruce tops, maple backs and sides, maple necks with 21 frets and Fishman® Classic IV MB pickup systems.
The Stratacoustic is available in Black and Sunburst. The Telecoustic is available in Candy Apple Red and Sunburst, and the JZM Deluxe is available in Trans Amber and Sunburst.

Each model is available at Fender dealers worldwide with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $857.10. More information:
