Native Instruments has released Guitar Combos 1.1.1, an update for its popular amplifier emulation series.
Guitar Combos is a series of three amp emulations that, according to NI, combine studio-grade sound quality with maximum ease of use - the Twang Combo, the AC Box Combo and the Plexi Combo. NI say that all three combos consist of a classic tube amplifier with a speaker box and several integrated effects, giving musicians and producers straightforward access to a wide range of pure and highly musical guitar tones in software.
The 1.1.1 update adds a versatile tapedeck with high-quality time-stretching, allowing for convenient audio recording and playback directly within the software, as well as an integrated metronome for guitar practice. The new version also brings Universal Binary compatibility, allowing users of MacIntel computers to make full use of this software on their machines.
Pricing and Availability:
