McDSP has released Emerald Pack 3.0 (HD and Native) to include the new DE555 De-esser, FutzBox Lo-Fi Distortion Effects, and NF575 Noise Filter plug-ins. Emerald Pack 3.0 also includes existing products; Analog Channel, Channel G, Chrome Tone, CompressorBank, FilterBank, MC2000, ML4000, Revolver and Synthesizer One.
The DE555 is a new generation of de-essing technology, providing transparent, precise de-essing with unique flexibility. FutzBox is a distortion and noise generator plug-in for creating low-fidelity versions of audio signals. The NF575 Noise Filter is a high-resolution filter set designed to remove a wide variety of noise types from audio.
Emerald Pack 3.0 also supports Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard) and Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger), as well as Windows XP and the Digidesign VENUE live sound system. Emerald Pack HD is TDM, RTAS and AudioSuite compatible and Emerald Pack Native is RTAS and Audiosuite compatible.
Pricing and Availability:
The Emerald Pack 3.0 is available for $2795 (HD) and $1495 (Native). Existing Emerald Pack 2.0 customers can upgrade to Emerald Pack 3.0 for $195 (HD) and $95 (Native). Boxed versions of Emerald Pack 3.0 available by the end of May.
Individual HD version of the new FutzBox, DE555 and NF575 are available electronically for $495 each. These products are TDM, RTAS and Audiosuite compatible. Electronic only.
