Loopbased has released a set of 15 electro house loops, with kick and no-kick variations, as free downloads. You can preview and download the free loops using the SoundCloud player embedded above. 

It's a teaser for their audio libraries - but it's also an effective use of SoundCloud, making it easy to preview and evaluate their work.
