Jason Becker's Not Dead Yet Festival

Line-up announced for the show   08-Feb-11

The headliner for the festival in Jason Becker's name has been announced as Joe Satriani. Some guitar greats join him on the bill in a truly fitting show in Becker's honour.

Richie Kotzen, Kehoe Nation and Steve Lukather are amongst the performers for the festival which will take place on March 26th in San Francisco. The name of the event is titled 'Jason Becker's Not Dead Yet', showing that the guitarist is obviously still in good spirits!

Money raised by the event will go into a trust fund for Jason Becker, who was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) at age 20. A film is currently being made about the life of Becker, you can view the trailer here.
