Start Productions is due to release 'The Ballad Of Mott The Hoople' on DVD on November 15th. The documentary looks into how the individual members of the band dealt with the Hoople's bumpy rise to fame.

As exciting as the band were as a live outfit, they didn't achieve real chart success until releasing All The Young Dudes in 1972, a song which was written by David Bowie.

Mott The Hoople have, in hindsight, been looked upon as one of the greatest rock bands to have spawned from the UK, which was reflected in their sold-out reunion shows in 2009.

Now their story comes to DVD, and you can watch the trailer below:
