While the rest of us have to hang on till Ableton Live 9 is fully released,   the date still to be finalized. Robert Lippok, the  has been privvy to a working version for some time - heck he's even been gigging with it - which shows balls of steel or the fact that Live 9 is really very solid.

One of the reasons we're told that Live 9 has taken the time that it has is that there's been a hell of a lot of work on bug fixing and tracking them down which has resulted in a much more robust package.

Robert has recorded some of his thoughts in this promo/teaser for Live 9 - released by Ableton. Excitement is also mounting for the Push controller - the Akai Professionally built, Ableton designed hardware interface that is going to be the top Live 9 bundle  - we hope to actually get our hands on one at NAMM early next year if not before.
