During the month of July 2013, anyone in the U.S. who purchases a new Korg MicroKorg or MicroKorgXL+ virtual analog synth from an authorized U.S. retailer can receive a special edition USB stick featuring a design that's a true-to-life, detailed replica of the MicroKorg.
A spokesperson told us, "Since its introduction in 2002, the MicroKorg virtual analog synthesizer has achieved enormous popularity among musicians and hobbyists alike. Today, it continues to play a major musical role for live performance and studio use. Korg's latest iteration, the MicroKorg XL+, contains a reimagined palette of analog modeled sounds plus new dedicated PCM for Korg's SGProX piano, the M1 and VOX organs, as well as recognizable "Tape" instruments. Each keyboard in the Micro series is ready to play an active role in any situation-on stage, in the studio, or at home-and will now emanate more personality than ever before."
