Producer Loops has released Underground Trance Vol 3, a set of five construction kits that they say are infused with in-your-face Tech-Trance sound but also manage to seamlessly interweave elements of Anthemic, Epic, and Progressive Trance.

Hailing from Lviv in the Ukraine, Tigran Oganezov is now regarded by many as one OF his country's leading international EDM artists.
