You may have seen the news of the Akai MPC 1.7 OS update. It represents quite a big update for the MPC Rennaisance and MPC Studio. We caught up with Pete Goodliffe - the head of the team who've been working on the MPC for the last 12 months.

The MPC 1.7 update is free to all users, with a 1.71 version expected sometime soon for those who are using MPC Elements.
