Korg's embracing of the iOS devices for music is no secret, with several award winning apps already under its belt - iKaossilator, iMS20, Gadget (we gave this one a Sonic Touch Gold Award), their developers know their stuff.

The new Korg Module focussed on Korgs more traditional sound sets, pianos, organs and electro-mechanical keyboard sound sets.
With a basic install of 1.2GB under iOS 8.1 and up, its designed to give you the best of these sounds with just your iPad and a MIDI keyboard.

It comes with five sound engines Acoustic Piano, Electric, Organ, Clav and Multi and over 1GB of sound sets over 90 programs.

Devices and Approximate Polyphony
iPad Air 2: 72 voices
iPad Air, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2: 64 voices
Fourth-generation iPad: 48 voices
Third-generation iPad, iPad 2, iPad mini: 32 voices

As it uses iOS 8.1+ you get to use MIDI over bluetooth plus if you have Gadget installed it provides 5 additional gadgets to incorporate into your tunes.

You can also record your sequences and upload to SoundCloud, DropBox  and play standard MIDI files.

Additional sound packs are also available, and presumably more to come.

Available soon via the Apple iTunes App Store.
