Behringer has announced that they are augmenting their line of U-PHORIA UMC Series audio interfaces with 3 new 192 kHz HD models: the 2 in/2 out UMC202HD, the 2 in/4 out UMC204HD and the 4 in/4 out UMC404HD. They say that, featuring the same high-quality MIDAS-designed preamps, the new models now add 192 kHz precision to UMC's already impressive feature set.

A spokeperson told us, "With a model suitable for musicians and engineers at every level, UMC Series interfaces feature from 2 – 18 inputs, 2 – 20 outputs, high-speed USB 2.0 connectivity, 'Zero-Latency' monitoring, +48 V phantom power and much more. The flagship UMC1820 goes a step further from its siblings to provide additional I/O support for S/PDIF, ADAT and S/MUX formats."

Pricing and Availability:
Available at a suggested U.S. MAP of US$ 99.99 (UMC202HD); US$ 129.99 (UMC204HD); US$ 149.99 (UMC404HD), respectively.
