We first reviewd the Cicuit when it came out, Novation's new groovebox was great fun and very promising, however, it had a few short comings. Since then, almost a year back, Novation have steadily added features and transofrmed the Circuit into something rather different.

New features include:

• Loading of user samples - 64 slots total 60secs (mono)
• Sample flipping during playback
• instans session and pattern switching - pick up the beat during playback
• Session Colouring
• External MIDI input
• External MIDI sequencing
• Poly rhythms on drums
• Web MIDI based backup and restore sets
• improvements to MIDI clocking
