Photek is a name synonymous with articulate drum production, sparse atmospheres, and intense tension - so it's incredible to get an insight into the diverse range of samples he's used in his music. Amongst raw drum loops and dialogue samples from films - he's employed samples from the likes of Whitney Houston and Deee-Light in very creative and subtle ways. 

The format is a popular one, and you'll find some of the biggest artists have been covered by youtube channel eightminutesupsidedown below - so it's great to see more from possibly lesser known, but equally as talented producers.
