I purchased mine for 229.00 usd It was a little difficult to configure the drivers at first, but once I got it up and running, it's been stable. Sound wise, it's absolutely stunning. I love this card and it's audio reproduction is top notch. I record 24/96 and 24/44 regularly and my recordings sound very polished, with low noise floor. I highly recommend this, especially for someone contemplating a Creative Audigy Platinum 2..... dont do it!!! Buy proffesional. Buy Terratec.

I have the version with the Front Module installed This is a very fine soundcard for musik making as my first priority, and also for games it's good. It's possible to run at very low latencies in 96kHz mode in Cubase. The frontmodule is very handy and has lot of connection. If you're considering buying a M-Audio you might as well buy this one, cus' it based on the same chip and converters, and great compatibillity in games is just a bonus. Possible to add DSP and such also.
