A really nice monitor for its price!! The tweeter is a bit splash splash but i mean, it will cost u as little as a hamburger and a coke. Good for dance music, pop or as a first monitor (for the hard of really funny...hehe...not).

I´ll give it a (7)

I have purchased the BEHRINGER Truth monitors just lately and found them extremely good.

Obviously the room characteristics vary the sound but as far as I know I have nothing to complain about them and they do their job perfectly well .... good bass responce ...and an overall good sound. Have a listen ... nice price for a powered pro monitor too !

im sorry, i do not use these in my studio. but i have heard them hooked up to a large mackie board and a dj setup. i found on both times for them to sound kinda thin - shrill - hollow sounding.i must agree with the other posting, hear them before you buy them. i personally use the Tannoy system 8s. i bought for $400 on ebay. hooked up to a good amp from Adcom. they sound great! but thats just my opinion.

I have just one thing to say: almost all reviews on monitors are worthless. dont be fooled by them, these are just to be taken as guidelines. the general rule here is: you get what you pay for, imo. the behringers sound ok. but lack in detail.

so far the only monitor that has the best value for its price is w/o doubt the yamaha msp5. only bad thing here is the bass response, but then, these babies are almost one quarter the size of the behringers - so I didnt expect that.. and they are w/o doubt far better than the behringer when it comes to detail..

do yourself a favour go to the store and listen to them in a A/B test, you'll be surprised I promise you..
