Surprisingly good monitors. Great sounding mids and highs. The low end could be a little deeper but keep in mind that it is a 6.5 in woofer and they sell a sub separately. I have not heard the Sub120a yet. Got these for under $200 and they are doing the job for me. compare them to the entry level Alesis and M-audio monitors at your local music store.

Now, the best choice for home-recording; for me, the other similar choices (for audio quality) costs over 7x!!! Nice linearity, nice look... only the basses are a little less, but it's not too important: it's perfect with the sub 120A. And plus is from the famous "Samson"... a sort of garanty! Behringer, M-audio, and other products near the price are 1000Km back! ;o)
