a really nice 20 tracks mixer (16 mono + 4 stereo). good eq, good knobs, good faders, and a big power supplier in an external rack that makes it look very professional. i got mine used (but almost new and garanteed) for 750 Euro but you can get a better price. Behringer is cheap Mackie. Mic preamps are maybe not as good, but you get the same thing, with even more functions (such as AUX panning).
