Hardware: PCI Card
This is a cheapo audio card for those of us who don't have the money, or don't record often enough, to shell out for one of the big boys... It's an OK sounding card. The on-board synth sucks, of course. The big selling point to me was the s/pdif port so's I could dump stuff to DAT digitally. The built in MIDI port was a little buggy. It took a while to correctly configure the driver under '95, but my machine also has a Network adapter in it, and they like to hog the same resources/ |
S/PDIF interface Built in MIDI port XTREMELY cheap
cheap price = cheap sound only one stereo in and 1 stereo out
