SoundDiver is a cross platform editor/librarian that supports hundreds of synths, samplers, effects units, and other midi devices.

Good Points
The sheer number of devices supported is one of the strong points of this software, as well as an editor that allows the user to create his/her own 'adaptations' for devices not yet supported by Emagic.
Bad Points
The interface is a bit sprawling and eats up a lot of screen real estate.
