I use sgx2000 since 1993 when I bought for guitar multi effect.Oh, all my friends envyed me becouse I had a very warm distrotion.Altought for that year some effect like pitch-sample-tremolo were new for a mid-price rack multi efx.Now is 1999 and there are a lot of box for guitar at good price but sgx is still a bomb warmness and creativity.The thing is specified for guitar but now I play electronic music and is still perfect.Put delay+pich+a bit of dist and you have the backing effect for a hh trance track.It has an analog pre-amplifer so the dist too is analog. You can sample 1,25 sec so use it liker backgroung for psycho-improvvisations!

Good Points
DISTORTION: warm,warm,warm.
Bad Points
Probably the bad point is some effect like reverb and tremolo,BUT it seems the sgx well studied for distortion so they put in second place the digital part.
