This is really not a very high quality card. I would definately suggest sampling the cooler sounds [pads and stuff] from a friends, and saving the 100$.

Comments About the Sounds:
They are very crappy, not very real sounding, but if you use them in the right context [i.e. for places where the sounds shouldn't sound real] it is fine.
