Designed as an entry level synth and sold primarily in Japan, it's a good synth for effects, but overall sounds are thin. Lack of waveform selection and low pass filter limit sounds. Coupled to a chorus, the sound is thickened nicely. Main circuit board does not contain VCO, VCF, or VCA ICs, so it can be modified by a circuit bender.

Comments About the Sounds:
ADSR governs both VCF and VCA, but can also be bipassed. LFO can modulate VCO, VCF, & VCA stages. No waveform selector - only tone produced by oscillator is sawtooth.
