Jahrome (don_jahrome@yahoo.com) writes:
The wish list for Akai MPC 1000/2000/2000XL has been realized in the new MPC 2500. The MPC 2500 combines the most sought after features of the MPCs of the past, with an eye on the future.

It keeps with the tradition of being a rock solid sequencer/drum machine. If you have ever used an MPC before, you will have no problem of using the MPC 2500 straight out the box.

It contains external effects (including real time control), mixer automation, in-track sampling, sample chop shop/patched phrase functions, and the ability to assign a different programs to each MPC sequence track.

With the optional hard drive and CDRW drive, this is a true compact music production center.

(Thanks to Jahrome for this info.)
