8 Options For Starting With A Semi Modular

US Not ready to go all in yet? Try these for size      11/05/15

Kilpatrick Audio Phenol

Starting life as a Kickstarter project the Kilpatrick Audio Phenol is an interesting little synth. Designed to be give creative potential, sound and hand-on experience of a modular synth, in a sleek, compact package.

Although not the most affordable synth on our list, it is a gorgeous looking thing and sounds pretty damn good from the demos.

The Phenol uses banana style jacks for patching, so will require some converter leads to interface with Eurorack MiniJacks.

Features: 2 VCOs, Hi and Low pass filters, sequencer/looper, internal MIDI/CV converter, mixer with digital delay (up to 300ms)
