Robin Sukruso is a German based performer with a unique percussive ascoustic guitar technique - he uses the body of the guitar as a kind of drum - this is not a new thing, there are a number of artists who do the same - many in conjunction with looper techniques.

But Robin's playing style and interest in electronic music led him to develop the ACPAD - a 2mm thick, stick-on MIDI controller with an assortment of MIDI triggers, controls and buttons to allow you to interact directly from the guitar surface with Ableton - with loopers, instruments or fx etc. Or any other MIDI compatible devices via wireless MIDI or USB conections.

It will fit most acoustic guitars and is about the thickness of a pickguard, with a rechargable battery. If you are interested, contact ACPAD via the website for details of an upcoming Kickstarter campaign.
